If you've been itching to see what Alert Care Corp. has done with the former Sault Collegiate Institute property, you'll get your chance this Sunday.

The new Collegiate Heights Retirement Home holds its grand opening on Oct. 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the public is invited to tour the spanking-new facility.

The home boasts its own hair salon, chapel/theatre, library, greenhouse and a menu specifically tailored to Sault Ste. Marie's ethnic origins.
