City police have this morning captured Paul Whalen (shown). They caught up with the suspect on Devon Road near Korah Road, in the vicinity of an old school that's now a confectionary.

They caught up with the suspect on Devon Road near Korah Road, in the vicinity of an old school that's now a confectionary.

(EDITOR'S NOTE: That location turned out to be the location of the police command unit, some distance from the Second Avenue location where Whalen was actually picked up.)

Whalen was wanted in wanted in relation to a gun discharge last month on Boston Avenue in the City's east end.
