Gary allegedly gets punchy about a crash

After an altercation on Second Line East that was preceded by a motor vehicle collision, 44-year-old Gary Levar of Fourth Line West was charged with assault causing bodily harm.

Levar is accused of punching the second driver after the collision occurred.

The other driver required hospital treatment for minor injuries not caused by the collision.

Mr Levar is scheduled to appear in court on August 19.
