17. Camp McDougall should amend Schedule "A" of its standard form rental agreement to specifically state that canoes are not included within the phrase "waterfront facilities".

18. Camp McDougall should amend Schedule "B" of its standard form rental agreement to specify that "canoes" cannot be used by a group renting Camp McDougall.

19. Camp McDougall should explore the possibility of installing adequate marine radio equipment.

20. Camp McDougall should post in a conspicuous location by every phone at their site a sheet listing the directions to Camp McDougall from the nearest urban centres. They should also post the phone numbers found on the emergency response plan in item number four (4).

21. At the start of each camp season. Camp McDougall should contact OPP to arrange for a community services officer to provide boating safety/hypothermia information at Camp McDougall.

22. Camp McDougall should notify the OPP or the local police services of any intended plans to conduct canoeing out-trips prior to embarking on such trips. 23. A copy of the rentees itinerary must be attached to all rental agreements.

24. There must be direct verbal contact between the rentee and the renter. 25. The person responsible for opening up the camp for rental activities must ensure all out buildings, boats, and canoes are locked prior to rental groups arrival.
