Mami Hannita I think there is a lot of snow in Sault Ste Marie. It is a very nice view, but I am very tired of walking on snow. In Sault Ste. Marie, people play ice hockey in the park. We have not so much snow in Japan.

I think there is a lot of snow in Sault Ste Marie. It is a very nice view, but I am very tired of walking on snow. In Sault Ste. Marie, people play ice hockey in the park. We have not so much snow in Japan. It is very cold in Sault Ste Marie. The cold makes me feel very tired. But it is warm inside buildings. There are a lot of trees. So, the air is very clean. There is also a big river. Children are very active, because they play outside. People in Sault Ste Marie are kind and friendly, because they communicate with many people. The houses are bigger than Japan. I was surprised that most houses have underground rooms.

First, I think the most different point between Sault Ste. Marie and Japan is the weather. The temperature of this city is so cold. When I arrived at the airport of Sault Ste. Marie, I was shocked. In the city road, there is a lot of snow. I think the view of snow is very beautiful, but my body can't endure. Second, the road in this city is wider than Japan. I feel the road in Sault Ste. Marie is very wide. And there are few people. I live in Kyoto. The road of Kyoto city is very narrow. People can’t see down the road because there are a lot of people. I feel the houses in this city are warmer than Japan. I live by myself in Kyoto, my house is very cold, so I sometimes can’t sleep. I have a good sleep in my host house because the temperature is comfortable.

I think this city is smaller than my home town. My hometown is called Amagasaki. It is composed of an industrial zone. Amagasaki has a lot of people. If I go outside, I cannot help meeting someone. But I did not see the locals in Canada while I took a walk yesterday. I couldn`t believe that! Wherever did they go?? Then I heard this city`s economy depends widely on one company which is the steel industry. For my hometown, there are a lot of companies and factories. So the economy is spread among these companies. The diversity of the Amagasaki economy is greater than this city.

I think I want to live in Sault Ste. Marie forever! The scenery of Sault Ste. Marie is very beautiful. The people are very kind and friendly. I love this city. I love snow. There is a lot of snow. So I am very happy! What I want to do in Sault Ste. Marie I want to ski and make many friends. And I want to know Canadian cultures. What different from my hometown Sault Ste. Marie is very beautiful white in winter. My hometown has no snow. The river is bigger than Japanese rivers. It is colder than my hometown.

I think that Sault Ste. Marie is very beautiful. Sault Ste. Marie has a lot of beautiful lakes and rivers. I saw that stars were twinkling in the sky. Second, I think that Sault Ste. Marie is very cold and I cannot an early riser. Because, this town has snow falling every day, and I saw the temperature fell to 20. So, Sault Ste. Marie is very cold. Sault Ste. Marie of a resident is very kind. I lost my way and wandered into a strange place yesterday. I asked a person the way to my home street and this kind person told me how get to my home street. I like Sault Ste. Marie. Thank you.

I think most families have dogs and cats. Their pets are bigger than Japanese dogs and cats. I prefer to dogs. I think the men of Sault Ste. Marie always say "I love you," to their wives and children because they love them. Emma gave hug and kiss to me last night. In Japan, men never say their own mind. They are very shy. I was surprised because Angie, my teacher is always very active, cheerful and dancing. She says, “Oh oh, Wow and Yaaaaaaa!”

Sault Ste. Marie is a beautiful city and it is very cold. There is a lot of snow and the snow is beautiful. There are a few buildings, so we can see very far. There are many buildings in my home city, so the sky of Sault Ste. Marie bigger than the sky of my home city. My home city has a lot of people but Sault Ste. Marie has a few people but there are a lot of cars. Many houses are very cute. My home city is noisier than Sault Ste. Marie. And people who live in Sault Ste. Marie are friendlier than people who live in my home city.

I think a row of houses and streets of Sault Ste Marie are very beautiful. It is not colder than I expect. Sault Ste Marie is countryside. I feel very nice. Because of people of Sault Ste Marie are very kind. Also there is a broad ground. So I can relax. And I think Sault Ste Marie is interesting because there are various races of people. I think buildings of Sault Ste Marie are very different from Japan. Also the nature of Sault Ste Marie is different from Japan. I think the people’s nature in Sault Ste Marie is open, but the nature of Japanese people is not so open.

Sault Ste. Marie is a very good city. There is a lot of wonderful nature. There is much snow and it is very cold. Sault Ste. Marie is comfortable but very cold. The city’s people are very kind. My town is Osaka in Japan. Osaka is not snowing. Osaka is sometimes a little snowing. Sault Ste. Marie is much snow. Many houses are very cute. I was surprised to see the underground room (basement). It is very interesting.

There is a lot of snow in this city. The view is beautiful. It is very cold, but I thought it was colder. Canada has large land, so each house is big, and they need the car for activity. I went to the bus terminal. There are many stores near the bus terminal, but there are not many convenience stores like Japan. Honestly, I feel a little inconvenience. Japan is not so cold like Sault Ste Marie. Japan is small. Some buildings in Japan are crowded. And there are crowds of people too. However, there is enough land here. So it is not crowded.
