************************* Sault MP Tony Martin and NDP International Trade Critic Peter Julian will host a town hall forum Thursday, August 23 on the secretive Security and Prosperity Partnership for North America(SPP) threatening Canadian sovereignty.

At stake with the continental initiative are bulk water exports, food sovereignty, our environment, economy and national programs.

Peter Julian has been in Ottawa and Montebello this week during the leaders' summit and will be providing informed commentary.

The NDP also has just received Access to Information documents on the SPP confirming there are grounds for fears on what this will do to Canada.
