******************** A 46-year-old male and a 35-year-old female will both appear in bail court this morning.
They have each been charged with one count of aggravated assault.
It is alleged that both persons assaulted their infant child between August 11 and October 26.
Officers from Investigation Services were notified and are continuing to work on this investigation.
The infant remains in hospital care in serious condition.
The names of the accused persons are not being released to protect the identity of the victim.
******************** 33-year-old Tammy-Lynn Evans-Moreau of 563 Second Line West was arrested last evening afternoon and charged with one count of threatening to cause death or bodily harm.
It is alleged that on the 7th of October the accused threatened a 13-year-old youth.
The accused will appear in court on November 28.
