Erratic driving complaint leads to multiple charges

On July 23, 2016 at 11 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle after receiving complaints of an erratic driver. Further investigation found that the accused 34-year-old Jason Lamble of Dacey Road was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

The accused was arrested and a search of the accused found him to be in possession of 60 grams of marijuana.

The accused has been charged with driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood and possession of a controlled substance. The accused will appear in court on August 29.
