Eight active COVID-19 cases confirmed at Tenaris

Tenaris says it has increased availability of on-site testing for employees

Tenaris is now reporting eight active cases of COVID-19 in the workplace.

In a Facebook post this afternoon, the tube mill announced that its current count stands at eight active cases.

On Wednesday, Tenaris reported that four employees tested positive for the virus, and on Thursday, a fifth positive case and workplace transmission were confirmed.

Tenaris has said it has increased availability of on-site testing from twice weekly to daily, and is encouraging employees to participate routinely.
