Early morning fire leaves home destroyed (6 photos)

No injuries were reported after flames broke out around 6 a.m. on Sunday

Emergency crews and investigators are still in the 0-100 block of Wemyss Street after a home caught fire around 6 a.m. on Sunday.

The owners of the affected house told SooToday they live next door and said that nobody was inside when the fire broke out. They described the structure as being fully engulfed before fire crews doused the flames.

The exact cause of the incident is unknown at this time and no injuries have been reported.
