Early morning dryer fire at Second Line Little Caesars (3 photos)

Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services responded to a dryer fire at Little Caesars on Second Line West shortly after 3 a.m. Thursday. 

"Right now it's contained to the dryer," said public education officer Aaron Gravelle. "There's no damage that was reported as of right now." 

"Light smoke in the area, but they used ventilation and smoke ejectors to get that out." 

Signage at the neighbouring Country Style indicates that the business has closed its doors until further notice due to the early morning fire, but its drive-through service remains open.

A fire prevention officer is currently investigating.
