On January 27, 2014, police arrested Dylan Johnson for driving while disqualified.

The accused had attempted to cross the International Bridge and was stopped on his return to Canada.

A check of the accused revealed that the accused was on a court ordered recognizance with conditions to obey a curfew, not to be in the driver’s seat of a vehicle and not to change address without notifying the court.

The accused Dylan Wayne Johnson of no fixed address, age 25, will appear in bail court January 28, 2014, at 10 a.m.
