Dusten pinched for wearing stolen hat to hat store

CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASE ************************* On January 6, 2014 at 2 p.m. Dusten Difilippo, age 21 of 242 Beverley Street attended at Lids in the Station Mall. Once in the store he [allegedly] stole several ball hats and left the store.

On January 6, 2014 at 2 p.m. Dusten Difilippo, age 21 of 242 Beverley Street attended at Lids in the Station Mall.

Once in the store he [allegedly] stole several ball hats and left the store.

On January 7, 2014 at 4:20 p.m. Difilippo re-attended the Lids Store [allegedly] wearing one of the stolen hats.

Police Officers arrested and charged him with Theft under $5,000.

At the time of his arrested he was also wanted for Breaching his Probation.

He will appear in court on February 10.
