Dude allegedly behaved bad, was somewhere he wasn't supposed to be

On the 9th of December at 01:30 hours officers attended at a downtown address and arrested a 42-year-old male and charged him with two counts of assault and two counts of breach of probation.

It is alleged that on the 7th of December the accused assaulted his common law spouse by punching her in the face.

Furthermore on the 8th of December the accused assaulted the victim by hitting her with a phone.

At the time of the offences the accused was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

The victim did not require medical treatment for either of the assaults.

The male will appear in WASH court on December 9.
