DESBARATS - The 2018 Sustain Algoma Expo is scheduled to take place at the Johnson Township Community Centre in Desbarats on Saturday, June 2 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The Sustain Algoma Expo Organizing Committee is currently looking for any businesses, organizations or individuals who are interested in putting in a table at this year’s expo.

If your business or organization revolves around the natural environment, water management, green energy, local food and agriculture, locally made products or anything else that can relate to sustainability in the Algoma District, this event is likely perfect for you.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available for the event.

Entomica will be back again this year with their cool bugs and already confirmed tables include The Kensington Conservancy, St. Marys River Remedial Action Plan, Central Algoma Freshwater Coalition, Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, Clean North and the Invasive Species Centre.  This event will also coincide with the first Johnson Farmers’ Market of the season.
