********************** Heyden, Ont. - Two Heyden men were issued tickets worth $130 each for drinking in public after police were called to the Rupert Acres Park in Heyden for several noise complaints

At about 10 p.m. last night OPP were called to the park after the manager received several calls about two men driving around the park trying to pick a fight with each other.

Officers located the two men in the park but any evidence of a confrontation was not obvious.

They were each charged under the Liquor Licence Act with drinking in other than a residence.

The cost of attracting that much attention to yourself while drinking on the street is $130.

Thirty-year-old Shane Bonin and 34-year-old Phillip Grey, both of Heyden, will now have to pay the fine or plead their case in front of a justice of the peace.
