Daniel Bolduc turns himself in

CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASE ********************* 18-year-old Daniel Bolduc of 446 Northern Avenue East will appear in bail court this morning. It is alleged that on the 6th of December the accused go into an argument with a male known to the accused.

********************* 18-year-old Daniel Bolduc of 446 Northern Avenue East will appear in bail court this morning.

It is alleged that on the 6th of December the accused go into an argument with a male known to the accused.

It is alleged that the accused assaulted the victim by punching him in the face.

The victim required medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries.

The accused attended at the station yesterday morning and turned himself into City Police.

At that time officers learned that the accused was on a release order with conditions to be residing at a different address then where the accused has been living.

The accused has been charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm and two counts of breach of a release order.
