Cyclist in Sault Mich. dies after collision with motor home

The following is a press release issued by Sault Ste. Marie Michigan Police regarding a fatal crash:

On Jan. 6, 2023 around 2255hrs, officers from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Department  responded to a personal injury crash involving a motor home and bicyclist on 3 Mile Road near Ashmun Street.

Upon arrival, officers found bicyclist Laurence Michael Miller, a 56-year-old resident of Sault Ste. Marie, seriously injured.

The Sault Ste. Marie Fire Department transported Miller to the MyMichigan Health Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. 

The crash is being investigated by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Department and Michigan State Police.

No additional information is being released at this time.
