On February 10, 2013 officer attended at Canada Customs at 125 Huron Street regarding an alleged impaired driver.
The accused Daniel William Chartrand, age 48 of 540 Frontenac Street, apartment # 5, failed to provide a sample of his breath on two different screening devices and subsequently was charged with failing to provide a breath sample.
The accused will appear in court on March 11, 2013, at 9 a.m.
