Heyden, Ont. - Sault Ste Marie OPP is investigating a break and enter into a cottage on Maki Lake in Heyden.

Criminals forced their way into a camp on Maki Lake and stole small electronic equipment, a quantity of money and alcohol.

This is the third break and enter on Maki Lake within the past month.

Residents of the Maki Lake Road and Trout Lake Road area, in Heyden, are being asked to report any unusual activities or strangers they see in their area to the police or Crime Stoppers.

Your call may just prevent your home or cottage from being the next target of thieves.
