CRIME STOPPERS NEWS RELEASE

**************************** On Sunday February 29, police officers from East Algoma OPP were busy attending local churches in Elliot Lake although this was not for religious reasons.

Complaints were reported to the police that three churches were broken into in Elliot Lake.

Culprits entered the First Baptist Church on the corner of Joubin Road and Roman Ave.

A second break and enter was reported shortly after at the Faith Lutheran Church on Bouck Road.

The third and last break in was reported at the French Catholic Church on Hillside Drive.

Although unknown culprits gained entry to all the churches it appears nothing was taken.
