Collision closes intersection at Bay and Brock (4 photos)

No injuries; cause of accident under investigation, police say

Sault Police redirected traffic at the corner of Bay and Brock Streets after a two-vehicle collision at that intersection Monday afternoon.

Sault Fire Services also attended the scene of the accident, which occurred at approximately 3 p.m.

The accident involved a white sedan and a brown SUV.

Sault Police told SooToday neither driver suffered injuries, but passengers from one of the vehicles were taken by ambulance to Sault Area Hospital (SAH) as a precaution. 

The cause of the accident is under investigation, Sault Police said.

As of 4:30 p.m. the intersection was cleared and opened to traffic.
