Collision at Willow and McNabb. Charges laid

City Police attended to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Willow Ave. and McNabb St. at 11:30 a.m. on January 27.

A 2011 white BMW, driven by Lu Zeng of 34 Palace Dr. was proceeding west on McNabb St. when he failed to stop for the red light at the intersection.

As a result Mr.Zeng’s vehicle collided with a 2005 blue Dodge Caravan driven by Erin Brown, which was proceeding south on Willow Ave.

Ms. Brown was transported to the Sault Area Hospital with minor injuries.

Mr.Zeng was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with disobey red light - fail to stop.
