Charges are pending over a two-vehicle accident on Northern Avenue near Sackville Road, City Police said this morning.
The crash occurred yesterday afternoon, when a pickup truck ran into a PUC pole on the south side of the Northern Avenue.
A second vehicle, a Chevrolet Cavalier, was also involved in the accident.
The pickup truck sustained damage to its front end and driver's side door.
The car was damaged on its passenger side and its front end.
The driver of the pickup was taken to Sault Area Hospital for observation.
