Sault Ste. Marie MP Carmen Provenzano couldn't resist sampling the icing before the Canada Day cake was served this afternoon at Roberta Bondar Pavilion.
Provenzano distributed full-sized Canadian flags to audience members who were particularly diligent in singing the national anthem.
