BULLETIN: Fashion for a good cause, raising money for mental health

This high-profile event brought in renowned fashion designers and photographers for the local Canadian Mental Health Association

On Friday, a unique fundraising gala took place at the Machine Shop, in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Sault Ste. Marie branch.

The goal of the event was not only to raise funds in order to support and assist people with mental health issues and their families, but also to increase awareness on mental health and local programs that are available.

The Gala consisted of a red carpet, dinner, a silent auction, and a dynamic show combining fashion, music and dance - the first of its kind in Sault Ste Marie.

VIP attendees also had the opportunity to mix and mingle with designers and fashion photographers after the show.
