Buck-a-tire returns to OK Tire

The Buck-a-Tire campaign returned this year and OK Tire was excited to help another local and worthy cause. Last winter season OK Tire was able to donate $1500 to the Autism Ontario Sault Ste. Marie chapter! A small but mighty local chapter of parents and other advocates that volunteer their time to help local families that live with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This year, OK Tire was able to select the local Soup Kitchen Community Centre and raised $1700. 

“We love giving back to the community. Buck-a-Tire is now something we are becoming most proud of. We have raised over $6000 over the last few years and hope to continue this for the next 20 years.” says Frank Bitonti, manager at OK Tire.

“This comes at a great time”, says Michael Bitonti, manager at OK Tire. “When we reached out to the public, we saw that our local Soup Kitchen needed our help”.

Buck-a-Tire donates $1 to every tire it sells for the month of November. OK Tire has been proud to donate to the Canadian Cancer Society, Breaking Away, Autism Ontario (Sault Ste. Marie Chapter) and the Soup Kitchen Community Centre.
