Breath test failed. Dustin charged

On January 18, 2014 police stopped a vehicle in the area of Wellington Street West and Carmens Way.

Officers could detect an odour of alcohol and the accused was asked to provide a sample of his breath at which time a fail was registered.

The accused was arrested for having care and control of a motor vehicle while having over 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood.

The accused was also on probation with a court order condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. 

The accused was transported to the police station for a breath test and failed.

The accused, Dustin Lewis Schrik of Dundas Street, age 28, will appear in WASH court on January 19, 2014.
