BREAKING: Nozzles on, as splash pad setup underway (3 photos)

We're not sure if those on hand at the Bellevue Park splash pad were wearing raincoats because of the spraying water, or just because it's raining a little bit this afternoon.

But we're also not sure it matters. Setup of the splash pad is underway.

As reported earlier, the Grand Opening is scheduled for June 8 (more details in our previous story).
