City Police are investigating a break-in at Pinewood Public School at 3924 Queen Street East.

Janitorial staff discovered someone had gained entry to the school when they arrived at 6:30 a.m. yesterday.

Two computer towers were taken.

$83.80 worth of groceries

In an unrelated matter, a young person who cannot be named by SooToday.com has been charged after $83.80 worth of merchandise was taken from Rome's Independent Grocers.

The suspect was nabbed by store security while trying to leave the store around 7:10 p.m.
