TORONTO - Alison Shreve of Blind River is one step closer to claiming her lottery win of $100,000 with ENCORE (June 29, 2016 LOTTO 649 draw).

As Alison's daughter is an employee at an OLG retail location, this prize falls within OLG's definition of an Insider Win.

As of today's date, this prize claim has completed the first step of a two-step Insider Wins process, which is an independent investigation of the claim by a third-party working in partnership with OLG's regulator, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

To complete the prize claim, the prize will be held for a 30-day waiting period as part of OLG's Insider Wins process, in order for OLG to publicize the win. If there are no additional claims on this prize, it will be paid to the claimant on Dec. 21, 2016 based on this 30-day wait period.

If the pay date falls on a day that is not a business day, then the following business day shall be deemed to be the pay date.

The ticket was purchased at 17 Convenience Store on Woodward Avenue in Blind River.
