CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASE

************************** 21-year old Blake Hudson of no fixed address will also appear in bail court this morning.

Yesterday morning shortly before 6 a.m. City Police attended at the Aurora’s West Side Restaurant for a break and enter. A security guard for the alarm company saw three males leave the scene in a van and followed it.

In the area of Korah and Sussex, the van stopped and three males fled the vehicle on foot.

Two males were described as wearing dark clothing and the third male had a white shirt on.

Neighbours in the area started to call the police about males running through their backyards and police subsequently arrested Mr. Hudson.

The other two males were wearing dark clothing, no other description available, and were not apprehended by police. When officers checked the interior of the van they located 2-way radios in the vehicle.

It is unknown if anything was taken from the break and enter at this time and this matter is being followed up by officers from the Investigation Services Section.

Mr. Hudson was on a probation order at the time of the arrest with conditions to keep the peace and be good.

Mr. Hudson has been charged with one count of break and enter and one count of breach of probation.
