The following was received from Alison Brooks, in response to SooToday.com's recent request for pictures of our readers' cats.

*********************** This is a pic of Forrest (Gump) mellowing out on his catnip plant, his favorite place in the whole world!

Forrest had two fractured legs when I got him as a kitten, and walked much like the character Forrest Gump!

He is fully recovered now :)

His breed is Maine Coon, brown classic.

If you just can't get enough of him, he can also be seen on the Humane Society donation box at Penny's Pets! lol
