A 70-year-old male was arrested in regards to a dated sexual assault complaint.
It is alleged the accused did between January 2009 and December 2011 sexually assault three different victims.
The victims were all family members and under the age of 16.
He is charged with four counts of sexual assault, three counts of sexual interference in regards to a child under 16, two counts of invitational to sexual touching to a victim under 16 and three counts of sexual exploitation as being a person in trust or authority.
He is scheduled to appear in court on April 28 2014.
His name is not being released to protect the identities of the victims.
