This is a description of an unplanned water interruption(s) that is currently affecting PUC customers in Sault Ste. Marie.

Interruption Date: May 30, 2016 at 1:55 a.m.

Customers Affected: 18

Cause of Interruption: Broken Water Main -- Second Line East

At approximately 1:55 a.m. on May 30, 2016, 18 customers in Sault Ste. Marie had their water services interrupted, as a result of a broken water main.

PUC repair crews have been dispatched and have started repairs. During the repair process traffic flow may be restricted in the affected areas listed below.

This traffic restriction is necessary to ensure the safety of repair crews as well as the travelling public.

Description of area involved: Second Line East in between Harry Street and North Street.
