Undeterred by the snowy, windy day, opening day of snowcross at Runway Park was a hit.
Despite the weather, a sizeable number of fans made their way out to the Airport Road facility to take in the action
The day saw a range of events, including kids competing in the junior races in the morning before snowbikes as well as men's and women's pro racing events later in the day.
If you didn't have chance to make it out, fear not as the fun continues on Sunday, starting at 9 a.m.
The event is free to seniors and children.
