• I-500 Snowmobile Race Week continues in Sault, Michigan with vintage racing and cornhole tournaments from noon to 9 p.m.
• Chess Club at the North Branch of the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library from 5 to 7:30 p.m. happens every Tuesday from Jan. 10 to March 28. All ages are welcome and registration is not required.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 1

• I-500 Snowmobile Race Week continues in Sault, Michigan with qualifying races starting at 11 a.m.
• The opening of Resilience: Art by Ozhawa happens at The Artisan (514 Queen St. E.) from 7 to 9 p.m.
