Women’s Institutes hosts the 26th Annual Quilt Show and Sale at 1326 Richards St. in Richards Landing on St. Joseph Island from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You’re invited to the Open House at Wilde Strawberries Studio (1030 Sailors Encampment Dr., Richards Landing, St. Joseph Island) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. where you’ll enjoy a selection of quilts, home accessories, wearable art, soaps, paintings and creatively up-cycled items. Call 705-246-2281 for more information.

Thessalon Community Days will host its annual parade at 1 p.m. on Main Street followed by Streetfest from 2 to 5 p.m. The day closes with a dance at the Thessalon Arena starting at 7 p.m.

Hilton Beach Community Night: The event starts with a cold plate supper at the Community Hall at 4 p.m. At 7 p.m. sharp, the parade, which features marching bands, floats and kids in costume, starts to move through the streets. After the parade, enjoy the games of chance and great food on Marks Street until dark.

Frankly Speaking plays the New American Pub, 602 Bay St. from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Redline performs at the Esquire Club, 103 Second Line West, from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Bone Yard hits the stage at Rednecks Saloon, 304 Albert St. West, at 10 p.m.
