On Tuesday, July 15, The New American Tavern will host The Archaics with local support from The Danger Cats and Bad Back.

From Edmonton, Alberta, The Archaics originally formed in 2008, underwent a reinvention in 2011, and published their first self-titled full-length release in May of this year.

The lads describe their music as "a meeting place for psychedelic, swing, and blues to exchange glances while garage and 60s/70s rock convey most of what's said and done."

The Archaics' East Coast Summer Binge Tour includes Northern Ontario stops in Thunder Bay at The Apollo on July 14 and Sudbury at Peddlers Pub on July 16.

Admission to The New American Tavern tour stop is $5 at the door.

Show time is 9 p.m. and you must be 19 or older to attend.
