THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2ND

The Knights of Columbus Bar (251 Northern Ave.) presents: Amateur Jam. This is an open evening for acoustic amateur musicians. Contemporary, blues and folk. Come to play or come to listen. Begins at 8:30 pm.

The Art Gallery of Algoma (10 East St.) presents: Gentlemen's Night "Taste of the Wild" - Shopping ideas and food. Tickets $15.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 3RD

A Wreath of Memories, collection of Stories and Poems by Algoma Writers, compiled by Karin Seidemann, reception and book signing at Station Mall, Christmas Market, (former Buck or Two store) 6:00 to 8:00 pm

The Algoma Festival Choir presents: A Christmas Night at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre. Open dress rehearsal at 7:30 p.m.(Tickets available at the door.
$5.00 adults, children free.)

Sault College Outback (443 Northern Ave.) presents:
Extreme Dance Party at The Outback. Dance all night with all of your friends. Cover charge is only $5.00. Starts at 9:00 pm.

The Art Gallery of Algoma (10 East St.) presents: Latin Colours: An evening of Spanish and South American music complemented by tasty tapas at intermission. Cash Bar. Featuring two of Canada's finest young musicians.Tickets $25. Open at 8:00 pm.

The Algoma Festival Choir presents: A Christmas Night at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre. Algoma Festival choir, under the direction of Stephen Mallinger presents its annual Christmas concert. Guest artists include Anya Mallinger - violin, Margaret Hooper - bassoon, Cathy LaRue - oboe and Meghan Stevens - flute. The Choir will perform traditional Christmas carols. Reception included. Tickets are $15.00 and are available at Thomas Walls School of Music. Begins at 8:00 pm.
