We toured around town to bring you some images of the Soo's Christmas spirit. We noticed a lack of blinking and flashing lights this year. Are they extinct?
There are plenty of big blow-up snowmen, and santa's and polar bears and snow globes (with snow blowing inside-cool!), but where are all the flashers?
