Students from the Algoma District School Board present: “Hands Across the Oceans,” a tsunami benefit concert to be held at the Kiwanis Community Theatre (White Pines). Featuring Korah Collegiate’s Mustang Sally and many other vocal, instrumental and choreographed numbers by students from area schools. Tickets are $10, and are available at the board offices at 644 Albert Street East until 4:40 p.m. Friday, and at the door. Concert begins at 7 pm

A Tsunami Benefit Concert, 8 p.m., at the Best Western, Great Northern Road. Tickets are $25 per person, and there will be a cash bar. Featuring The Comedics, and The Reptiles.
