Shoppers browse Indigenous Open Air Market at the Mill (10 photos)

Presented by Summer Moon Festival, Saturday’s Mill Market showcase featured products and services from Indigenous-led vendors

Vendors from across the district gathered outside the Mill Market on a sunny Saturday to take part in Summer Moon Festival’s first-ever Indigenous Open Air Market.

From crafts and games to services and programming, the event featured a wide variety of tables as shoppers browsed from a number of local Indigenous-based outlets.

Later tonight, residents can come back to the Mill Market to watch Juno winner and Polaris Music Prize Shortlister SHAD, Juno nominated Snotty Nose Rez Kids, and Skratch Bastid for free at the YNCU Stage.
