SAULT STE. MARIE PUBLIC LIBRARY
*************************
Sault Ste. Marie has been chosen as one of five communities to be showcased as a featured site to celebrate Ontario Culture Days' 10th anniversary provincially.

Opening ceremonies Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, will begin at the Ermatinger-Clergue National Historic Site at 9:30 a.m. Visit our free activities in the hub of our community from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library, Ermatinger-Clergue National Historic Site, Clergue Park and the Art Gallery of Algoma.

Activities will include cultural presentations, a downtown mural walk, family yoga, Ribbon Skirt presentation, DrumFit, karaoke, giant building blocks, craft tables, face painting and so much more. Some costs will apply for food purchases from vendors. Each venue will be bringing a different arts and cultural flair to our hub.

Our feature highlight is a local artist Max Warren who will be performing and engaging the community with a performance and workshop on “Flow Art” at the Clergue Park, from 1 – 2 p.m. This is a performance for all ages.

We invite everyone to create, participate and share our international celebration of culture and the arts.
