CIWA Champion Ruffy Silverstein and the man who challenges him for the belt on April 15th in the Soo Johnny Fonzerelli have a little chit-chat about all things wrestling.

Rob: Thank you guys for making time for me today!

Ruffy Silverstein: You are very welcome.

Johnny Fonzerelli: Yeah, yeah,whatever.

Rob: I have just received a copy of a tape that was recorded where Ruffy is being interviewed in regards to his upcoming match in Sault Ste. Marie. Ruffy, can you tell us what happened?

RS: Sure thing. So here I am getting interviewed by Gentleman Geoff about my upcoming title defense when Johnny Fonzerelli sticks his ugly face into my business. This was MY interview time and he just took it over! The guy grabs my belt and smashed me in the head with it!

Rob: Well, thankfully there were plenty of people around to separate you two.

JF: It’s a good thing for Ruffy’s sake that those people were there. If it wasn’t for them, Ruffy wouldn’t be able to make it to Sault Ste Marie. He would still be in the hospital on April 15th.

Rob: Ok..please now, everyone let’s have a civilized discussion. I would like to point out that if anyone has not yet seen this attack on Ruffy Silverstein, www.ciwanorth.com has either posted it or will be posting it in the very near future.

Now Johnny, please tell us why there is no much bad blood between the two of you??

JF: First of all, I want you to refer to me by my new cool name. I was hanging out with one of the coolest guys on the planet the other day – Kevin Federline. You know, that back-up dancer that married Britney Spears? Anyway he was telling me that once people started calling him “K Fed” that he truly became a top level celebrity. Now I am already a top level celebrity, and my time is too important to waste by listening to people say my whole name, so from now on I will be referred to as “J Fon”.

Rob: Ok, well umm... J Fon (laughs out loud)

JF: Hey, you haven’t earned the right to call me that. Only truly cool people can call me “J Fon”! It’s Mr. Fonzerelli to you!!

Rob: umm...ok then. Anyway could you tell us about this bad blood between Ruffy and yourself?

JF: First of all, this all started a couple months back. I had just come off one of the most important matches of my career. I had just beaten KING KONG BUNDY in the Soo and I was on a high.

RS: Actually you lost that match. In fact, you lost so bad that the ref even gave you an 8 count to give you every opportunity to kick out. I watched Bundy kick your butt! Haha

JF: Shut up Ruffy! You don’t know what you're talking about. You were obviously watching a different match as I clearly beat KING KONG BUNDY that night. Besides Bundy, I had beaten CHAD POWERS in a CIWA ring before that, and we all know Chad Powers is a rough tough customer.

Rob: Who???

JF: Chad Powers you dolt! Learn some wrestling history!

Rob: (blank stare- yet sporting a smirk)

JF: So anyway, I had beaten Powers and beaten Bundy and as far as I was concerned I was next in line for a shot at the belt. Then all of a sudden I hear that former WWE, ECW and current TNA superstar RHINO is coming to the CIWA and he gets a shot at the Championship!?!

I am pretty miffed at this point. I lost my cool. I was entitled to that title shot. I DESERVED that title shot. Rhino had never even beaten anyone in CIWA before!!

So I came up with a plan. I convinced the CIWA executives to let ME wrestle Rhino. I did wrestle him and I beat him 1..2..3!

RS: Come on, stop with the lies. You brought in a mock imposter Rhino just so you could make fun of the “real” Rhino. Your mock Rhino got what was coming to him when the real Rhino gored him into next week.

JF: I have no idea what you are talking about.

Rob: So then in the main event Ruffy was engaged in a hearty battle with the real Rhino. All of a sudden Johnny came down to the ring, stole Ruffy’s belt and proceeded to ram the belt into Ruffy’s skull. The bell was rung, the match ended so you ensured that Ruffy won by disqualification.

Johnny, could you please tell us why you did that.

JF: I did it for Ruffy. It was all for Ruffy.

RS: How could that be for me?

JF: It was all for you Ruffy. I knew you were going to lose that match. You aren’t good enough to beat Rhino. There is only one guy that can beat Rhino, and that is the same man that is going to beat you on April 15th.

RS: Yeah, sure...Whatever.

JF: I did it for you as I wanted you to keep the belt so you could have the distinct honor of going down in the history books as the man who lost the CIWA title to Johnny Fonzerelli. I know you don’t have many accolades next to your name, so I wanted to make sure that you would be remembered for something.

Losing the belt to Johnny Fonzerelli WILL be your legacy!

RS: First of all, I had that match in total control. I was going to beat Rhino no problem. That is until you stepped in and ruined everything.

JF: You mean “saved everything”! I saved you from the embarrassment of losing to Rhino. I didn’t want to see the CIWA belt on TNA television. I don’t want to see TNA profiting from the legacy of the CIWA title. It’s all mine and I intend to keep it that way!

But now... April 15th at the Knights of Columbus I will get my opportunity and I will fulfill my promise and leave the cesspool known as Sault Ste. Marie and return to Milwaukee Wisconsin with the CIWA championship!

Rob: Now Mr. Fonzerelli I am not sure it will be that easy.

JF: Yes it will. It will be about as easy as your job is there monkey. Seeing how much work you have done in this interview I would say you have a pretty easy job – just like the easy job I will have winning that belt from Ruffy!

Rob: Well there you have it folks. April 15th at the Knights of Columbus Hall - Bell time is 7pm. The main event will see Ruffy Silverstein defend his CIWA championship against the challenge of Johnny Fonzerelli,

Also on the card we will see former UFC fighter GEZA KALMAN JR as he steps in the ring for the first time in front of a Sault Ste. Marie crowd. Geza has appeared twice on UFC PPV and is now looking to make his mark in the CIWA.

Limited VIP and general admission tickets are available at Smackdaddy’s.

VIP tickets are $45 and include a front row seat, a commemorative T-shirt, early access to the event to see exclusive content, and a special BBQ where you can eat lunch with the CIWA Superstars and participate in an exclusive Question and answer session.

General admission tickets are $15 in advance or $17.50 at the door.

Get your tickets soon! The last show was sold out days before the show and there were no tickets available at the door.

RS: Please remember to bring a camera as this will be the last time you’ll ever see Fonzerelli again! I’m going to stretch him out just like I was taught at the Hart Dungeon in Calgary. I highly doubt he will ever show his ugly mug in the CIWA after the beating I give him.

JF: We’ll see Ruffy, we’ll see. Just polish up that belt big fella. It’s coming back to Milwaukee with me!

Rob: There you have it. April 15th, at Knights Of Columbus Hall as CIWA and Smackdaddy’s proudly presents the Easter Extravaganza with these two fine gentleman in the main event. Don’cha dare miss it! See ya ringside!
