The Toronto band Revival Dear is playing the Downbeat Lounge as part of their cross canada tour kicking off this week.

Most doors will open at 9 p.m. Thursday, March 30 and there is a $5 cover.

Unfortunately, the back door of the band's 1994 Astro touring van will not be opening because it was dented a few days before they left for their tour, which will be including more than gigs in the month of April.

Chances are, Revival Dear will be looking into a back door revival soon.

Revival Dear are Shelley Potzold (vocals), Scott Corman (Drums), Nick Kruppa (Guitar/Bass) and Ed Orso (Bass/Guitar/Keys/Vocals)

The band is promoting its first CD, From The Palindrome" which is available from Maple Music.

After the tour Revival Dear will be working with Don Kerr from Gas Station Studios, to record their second full length album.
