New local music festival happens this Saturday

Continuing it's trend of supporting and promoting Sault Ste. Marie's creative culture scene, local art and music collective Ears and Eyes will host a seven-hour music event this Saturday, June 28 at Loplops (651 Queen St. East).

Continuing it's trend of supporting and promoting Sault Ste. Marie's creative culture scene, local art and music collective Ears and Eyes will host a seven-hour music event this Saturday, June 28 at Loplops (651 Queen St. East).

Affectionately called Lopstock, this new all-ages music festival runs from noon to 7 p.m. and features a collection of some of the city's rising young indie artists.

Confirmed performances include those from Mashagama, The Pixo Control, Gnaeus, K.I.C.K., and The Frasiers with additional artists to be announced.

Admission to this all-ages event is $10 at the door.
