The Cliff and Ed show returns to Loplop Lounge and Gallery this Thursday under a cloud of secrecy.

"We've got some new songs to bring out," says intrepid percussionist, 'Everyband' Ed Young.

He isn't telling us what they are though.

"We're also going to try our own versions of some Belsito Band and Startlefish songs," he says. "So far the guys have given us permission but don't anyone tell them what we've done to their songs, okay?"

Young says that he's even pulling out a SooToday.com instrumental favourite he arranged for the to-die-for hot digital marimba he's been seen tickling these days.

"No it doesn't have a name yet [the song]," says Ed. "How about we just call it A-minor for the Marimba for now."

SooToday.com is hoping that maybe one of the mystery guests who are rumoured to be joining Cliff Alloy and Ed Young for the show on the 23rd can come up with a better musical moniker than that for the song.
