Marconi Meets World takes the fun outdoors (8 photos)

Vendors, entertainers, and refreshments headline the popular multicultural event

Area residents are coming together at the Marconi Cultural Event Centre for the final day of Marconi Meets World.

Several vendors from across town are in attendance this afternoon providing their services, products, and refreshments to event goers.

The Kids n’ the Neighbourhood zone is up and running, which is helping some of the younger locals cool off from the heat.

Live music and entertainment is also available throughout the afternoon and into the evening.

Entry to the event is free though donations are being accepted at the gates with proceeds going to the Soup Kitchen.
