NEWS RELEASE
SAULT STE. MARIE PUBLIC LIBRARY
*****************************
You are invited to join us at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library, 50 East St., for Poetry Circle North. As Canadian poet Molly Peacock said, poetry circles are “divinely slow in a hurtling world.”

Whether you are new to learning about poetry or have cultivated an appreciation for the art form over the years, all are welcome. Bring one or two poems by your favourite authors. Come and hear who others are reading and share your perspectives. Let's discover together the meaning and mystery of poetry’s words, thoughts, and emotions.

This program will take place in the Computer Commons Room at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library. Meetings begin on Jan. 8, 2020 and then recur on the first Wednesday of the month from 7-8:30 p.m. The group will meet regularly from January through June.

This is a free program, but space is limited. To register, please call the Reference and Information Desk at 705-759-5236.
